does the points only count in 90mins or does extra time and penalty shootouts also count

Penalty shoot-out rules....

....goal scored penalty in a penalty shoot-out +3, missed penalty (including penalty shoot-outs) - 3. For goalkeepers only: penalty save (including penalty shoot-outs) +5 (for these points to be awarded the goalkeeper must have prevented the penalty from being scored with some part of his body).
